In addition to providing excellent customer service, AP is focused on having our customer service center ultimately serve as a profit center for our clients. Frequently, this means that we will be able to sell more than we bill for the costs of our services. Our representatives are positioned to provide a low pressure, highly successful, informational up-sell/cross-sell service to customers who call by introducing them to related products as well as new and advantageous pricing available to them. In this way, we further become a member of your sales and marketing team.
